These terms govern your use of Family Vacation Planner, operated by Get Goings Travel. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them.
Family Vacation Planner helps your family agree on a vacation: family members call our AI planner, which interviews each person, and we rank destinations against everyone's needs and prepare a recommendation report reviewed by a travel concierge. Recommendations and price estimates are informational — actual bookings are made with airlines, hotels, and other third parties under their own terms and prices, which can change at any time.
The service costs $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. Your card is collected at signup, charged nothing during the trial, and charged automatically each month after the trial ends until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard via "Manage subscription," which takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at GetGoingsTravel@gmail.com within 30 days and we will review refund requests in good faith.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. When you add family members' phone numbers, you confirm you have their permission for us to contact them by phone and SMS about your family's trip. Calls with the planner are recorded; the planner announces this at the start of each call, and continuing the call constitutes consent.
Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempting to access other families' data, no abusive interaction with the phone line, and no automated scraping. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not a party to any travel booking you make and are not liable for the acts of airlines, lodging providers, or other third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use after changes means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the home state of Get Goings Travel.
